"Fair prices, shipping is kinda hit or miss"
Overall, the prices seem fair to me. Like, the stuff itself doesn’t feel overpriced or anything. The only thing is the shipping, some of it feels a bit high, depending on what you’re getting. Not a huge deal, but yeah, that part could be better.

"Good experience, just wish shipping felt a bit better"
I ordered a few comics from midtowncomics.com and everything arrived on time and packed really well, which was a relief because I always worry a little about comics getting bent or damaged in the mail. The prices seemed fair, but the shipping did feel a bit high for such a small order, so I kept wondering if I’d made the best choice. In the end, though, nothing was damaged and the order was exactly what I expected, so I don’t really have any complaints. I’d probably order from them again, but next time I’d wait until I have a bigger list so the shipping feels more worth it.

"Not Much Help at All"
I didn’t get much help from this. I was expecting something useful, but it just wasn’t very helpful. I tried to make it work, but again, not much help. It felt like I kept looking for answers and just wasn’t getting any real help.

"Super easy, but the email delays are a tiny drama"
Changing my subscription was super simple, like way easier than I expected. I didn’t have to jump through a million hoops, which I really appreciated. The only thing is the emails can lag sometimes, and for a second I’m sitting there like, “Did it work? Did the internet eat my subscription change?!” Not a huge deal, but definitely a little stressful when you’re waiting for confirmation.

"One of my comics showed up…"
One of my comics showed up with a bent corner, which was kind of disappointing at first. I wasn’t totally sure how it would go, but I sent Midtown Comics a quick message with some photos. They got back to me fast and helped sort it out without turning it into a whole hassle. I think they offered a replacement or refund and it was handled easily. Shipping damage happens sometimes, so I can’t really put all the blame on them. Overall, they took care of it, and I’d probably order from midtowncomics again.

"The rewards really make a difference"
I order comics regularly, so it’s been nice seeing the points add up faster than I expected. The loyalty discounts have actually saved me a decent amount over time, which definitely makes me want to keep coming back. It just feels good getting a little extra value for something I already enjoy buying.

I ordered a few books from Midtown Comics and, to be fair, the shipping was really fast. I was expecting it to take most of the week, but it showed up in about 2 days. Everything was packed fine too, no bent corners or damage or anything. I guess I just felt a little disappointed overall because the experience was basic, even though nothing actually went wrong. I might order again, but I wasn’t as excited about it as I thought I’d be...

I found the comics I wanted fast, and the search worked fine. Checkout wasn’t confusing either, which I appreciated. The site is simple enough and I didn’t run into any weird issues, but the overall experience still left me feeling a little dismissed, like there wasn’t much effort to make the customer feel noticed or supported

I ordered a few comics and, to be fair, the tracking worked well overall. The first scan took a little while to show up, so I did spend some time wondering what was going on. But once it started updating, it was easy to follow and everything arrived safely. I can’t really complain too much since the package got here in good shape.

"Pretty sure Midtown is my new go-to"
Midtown has a seriously good selection, like almost too good. I found new issues, some older back issues, and even a few variants I’m sure I missed at my local shop. The site is easy enough to browse, and somehow I always end up with more in my cart than I meant to buy, lol. If you’re into hunting for comics, this is probably one of the better places to look.

“Easy to get in touch with them, impossible to get a coherent response. Even if they tell you they fixed something, based on my experience, it is still screwed up.”
